Lahja has worked both as a researcher and lecturer in academia and has built a long career in the health technology industry. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience and expertise in areas such as product development, productisation, go-to-market support from product registration to launch, project and programme management, building PMO functions, streamlining production and supply chains, as well as compliance and sustainability operations.

Lahja has a deep passion for design in all its forms, and her diverse educational background enables her to approach challenges from multiple perspectives for the benefit of our clients. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry and has also extensively studied Computer Science and Fine Arts — quite a combination.
To complement her expertise, Lahja has also earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, meaning inefficiencies rarely go unnoticed.
