Before joining More Than Group, Kalle was involved in growing the revenue of a company operating in the highly competitive CRM sector. He has also built a fundraising function from the ground up for a non-profit organization. These experiences have strengthened his belief that successful sales and change do not come from magic tricks, but from clear direction, smart processes, good use of technology and consistent high-quality work.
