Newsec Advisory - Developing effective sales work

Newsec Advisory Oy's Capital Markets business aims to improve its service sales operations in order to increase the return on customer value and improve sales results at different stages of the sales process. In particular, they wanted to find more efficient ways of doing things, especially at the early end of the customer journey or sales pipeline.

To support this work, Newsec Head of Capital Markets Esa Pentikäinen selected Mikko Heiskanen from More Than Training Company. The cooperation included a current state analysis and the definition of a future target state, as well as jointly developed new sales concepts with responsibilities, schedules and follow-up measures.
